【适应症】
1. 促进骨髓移植后中性粒细胞计数增加。
2. 癌症化疗引起的中性粒细胞减少症。
3. 骨髓异常增生综合征伴发的中性粒细胞减少症。
4. 再生障碍性贫血伴发的中性粒细胞减少症。
5. 先天性、特发性中性粒细胞减少症。

【用法用量】
化疗药物给药结束后24~48小时起皮下注射或静脉注射本品，每日1次。本品的用量和用药时间应根据患者化疗的强度和中性粒细胞下降程度决定。详情请参考药品说明书。
【药理作用】
本品是应用基因重组技术生产的人粒细胞刺激因子（rhG-CSF）。与天然产品相比，生物活性在体内、外基本一致。G-CSF是调节骨髓中粒系造血的主要细胞因子之一，选择性作用于粒系造血祖细胞，促进其增殖、分化，并可增加粒系中未分化细胞的功能。
